Sushikshita group (Brand name MAXIAN) was found by Dr. Rajendra in 2019 along with his friends Sridhar and Yugandhar . Founding director is having approximately 25
years of experience in education field. Based on his childhood and student life experiences, He established Maxian group to provide good quality education at
affordable price. Along with the good quality education, provision of 3600 support to
students for their overall development is one of their objectives. His aim is to make
Teaching profession as very attractive by providing good financial and academic
support to Teachers; by improving the teaching standards he wants to provide a highquality education to students.
He believes that educational institutes are not only for provision of education but also
for research and development of subject according to the requirement of Industry.
With this view he also established a think tank in the fields of Environment, Law and
Economics. Finally, he believes that any subject is to be handled in interdisciplinary
manner, with this objective he is trying to provide education in interdisciplinary
manner in their group of institutions.
